Student Information System
The parent portal, ParentVUE, will give you access to grades, attendance and other data about
your child or children. You will be able to see records for all of your children at any AESD school
with a single log-in. You can access ParentVUE through the Internet and most Android and iOS
devices.
Registration Directions:
1. Using your device's Internet browser, go to http://ca-aesd.edupoint.com/login_pxp.aspx
2. On the Log-in page, select More Options, then select Create a New Account.
3. Select the option "If your ParentVue account has not been activated, please activate using the
provided key HERE" to activate the ParentVue account.
4. Read and Accept the Privacy Statement.
5. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Activation Key exactly as it displays below and select
"Continue to Step 3".
6. Create your username, password, and your primary email address. Select Complete Account
Activation to finish setting up the account.
8.Select Begin New Registration. This takes you to the Online Registration that includes current
information in our school information system that needs to be reviewed and confirmed. Using
your electronic signature that you will be creating, you can agree to school required documents
that are sent home on the first day of school rather than sign and return to school.
**Note that each parent/guardian will receive his or her own separate activation key, if he or she is
listed in our records system.
Considerations:
• Your activation key confidentiality is crucial - Do not give it to others.
• Please allow teachers time to enter grades.
• If questions arise, please contact your child's school.
Mobile Device Apps
Go to your iOS or Android App store. Search the store for the free ParentVUE app by EduPoint.
Once you have downloaded the app, you may use your newly created account to login and see
your student's information.
Note: Parents/Guardians must activate their accounts via the web-based ParentVUE portal before
being able to log-in via the mobile app.
