Dear ASD community,
The California Department of Education (CDE) is hosting an online Back-to-School Parent Town Hall throughout the state this Wednesday, September 28 from 6:00-7:30 pm to hear from families about their school experiences! Please see the attached letter and flyers (in both English & Spanish) from CDE for more information.
The Department will use this Town Hall to ask questions and survey participants to get their ideas about ways to improve the public school experience, close the opportunity gap, and improve academic success for all students! This is a great opportunity for all caregivers of current and former K-12 public school students in California to voice their opinions to our State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Tony Thurmond!
